My career began in a local mixed animal practice, where I had the opportunity to work with a variety of species, from family pets to farm animals. I was excited to dive into the world of veterinary medicine, immersing myself in clinical life. However, it didn't take long for me to realize that my true passion lay beyond the confines of small animal care. As I spent time working with larger species, I felt drawn to the connection between cattle and the farmers who depend on them. Knowing that my efforts directly contributed to the success of a farmer's livelihood filled me with a sense of deeper purpose and fulfillment. I realized that these animals weren't just livestock; they were essential to a farmer's way of life and a source of income for families and communities. This deepened my appreciation for agriculture and my aim to contribute in a meaningful way to both animals and their caretakers.

owner and lead veterinarian,

Outside of veterinary medicine, my greatest joy comes from sharing my love of agriculture and nature with my sons, Lukas and Collin. I’m also grateful for my wife, Lauren, who joined me on this adventure when we bought our farm in 2018. The land has special meaning to me, as it once belonged to my great-grandfather. Over the years, it changed hands several times, and when the chance came to bring it back into our family, we knew it was something we had to do. Together, we’ve restored the farm, putting our hearts and dreams into every corner of it, honoring the generations who came before us while building something we can pass on to the next.

Tim lives on his family farm just outside of Carlisle, PA with his wife Kristin, their son Silas and dog Zelda. He enjoys fishing and swimming when he's not in the barns or out in the pastures. He's been raising and showing animals since he was a young boy. He grew up in Newville, PA and participated in 4H and FFA throughout school. After high school he went on to learn cable, fiber optics, construction and electric. After learning and practicing trades,
Tim became a water and sewer treatment plant operator and superintendent until 2021.
Working on his family farm for over 20 years, he raises quality Dorper and Club lamb sheep for market, breeding and show. He also raises four breeds of chickens. Tim has enjoyed working for Genetic Visions for 2 years.  He cares for the cows, the property and thoroughly enjoys learning new things while assisting Dr. Smith.
